1. You must have an active CCLARP account to post on our forums.
Your forum account will not be fully activated until you confirm the email that will be sent to the account you listed during registration. If you are suspended or banned you will not be able to post. If you are suspended from the forums, you can contact us and your account will be reviewed.
2. When posting, use proper English, Grammar, and Terminology.
Proper use of English, grammar, and spelling is what makes this forum easy to read and use. Do not abbreviate words, such as using "2" instead of "to". These posts may only be posted in The Marketplace or The Town Crier forum (respectively). One post is sufficient.

Treat others as you expect to be treated. Do not argue with the enforcement of these guidelines. If a Moderator or Admin tells you to comply with one of these rules, do so. If you argue, you'll be warned. Keep it up, and you'll be banned for an undisclosed amount of time. For questions, you may PM one of the moderators in a polite and civilized manner. To discuss any other problems or concerns, please send an e-mail to an Admin.

This is also true of other LARPing sites as well as using a search engine like Google where a wealth of knowledge exists for many of the products currently available. In addition, you'll likely get your answers more quickly than depending on someone to reply.

To pay respect to those that actually earned their title through hard work and dedication, only those that have earned the real title should be using them in their forum names. Just because you play as a SEAL or SWAT member in a video game doesn't make you one. If your goal is to become a member of our military, feel encouraged and supported. However, you have not yet earned the distinction. Thus, choose an original username. To those that have served and earned their title, we thank you. In addition, all usernames shall adhere to the site rules for appropriate content.
26. Advertising/selling
Retailers and businesses are restricted to ONE thread in the Announcements forum. Spamming the forum with multiple threads and trying to make sales in other people's threads will result in thread/post deletion and further action if necessary. The one allowed thread may be continued to be updated. This policy is applied across all businesses and retailers.
27. CCLARP does not condone or support "renegade" LARPing.
"Renegade" play is when someone starts playing a LARP where they should not be (in the street, city parks, in public areas, in river beds). CCLARP supports and encourages only safe and legal LARPing play. That means that if you play LARPing, you must do so on private property with the property owner's permission and having notified local law enforcement or on secured dedicated property. CCLARP exists to provide safe fields for you to play at with other safe players by useful rules. Do not ruin the sport for yourself and others by playing in unsafe, unsecured areas.
